Policies

Payment:

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be held before the photoshoot takes place. This deposit is to ensure that the date will be held.
No deposit received means booking is not complete
Client has 24 hours to review and sign the contract before the offer expires
The rest of the payment shall be delivered right after the photoshoot via cash, Venmo, or Zelle
No photos will be delivered until the full payment is recieved

Editing will consist of color correction and lighting adjustments
Skin retouching will be an extra 2 dollars per photo
NO unedited images will be provided for download due to the fact that those unedited images do not represent me as a photographer

The photos will be digitally delivered through pixieset.com in an album where the client will be able to view and download their images
The client will have 10 days to download their photo gallery
The album will be deleted from the site 10 days after the final photos are sent unless client communicates that they would like it open longer to buy physical prints
The gallery will ONLY stay open for another 10 days if client requests more time so they can purchase prints

If the images are posted online, NO filter or other editing over the photos will be added as this affects my brand and my work
It would be highly appreciated if the client tag/give credit to @brianne_martin_photogrpahy when posting on Instagram or TikTok
